CULLOWHEE, NC – The Aggies went 0-2 on Wednesday in a rescheduled doubleheader at Catamount Softball Complex against the Western Carolina Catamounts, losing 12-4 in five innings in Game 1 and 16-2 in five innings in Game 2.
A&T dropped to 2-5 on the young season while the Catamounts claimed their first two wins of the 2026 season.
Wednesday's doubleheader, originally scheduled to serve as A&T's home opener at the Lady Aggies Complex, moved to Cullowhee after ice and snowstorms that covered the Triad Area over the past two weeks made A&T's field inoperable.
