She recorded hits in three- of the weekend's four games, including two multi-hit performances. Baldwin went 3-for-4 with a double, three RBIs, and a run scored in an 8-7 loss to Columbia to open the weekend and concluded the tournament with a 2-for-4 performance with two runs scored in a 4-3 win in a non-conference win over fellow CAA school UNCW. She also recorded a double, going 1-for-3 against Power Five Illinois.
"I'm so incredibly proud of Sierra's progress this season," said interim head coach Diego Ibarra. "She continues to mature and get better each week and is becoming a consistent leader on and off the field. I'm excited to see her journey this season as we enter conference play."
