Graduate Jazzmaine Hammond led the Aggies with a .400 batting average last weekend, while S'Nyiah Stinson led with a 1.45 ERA in the circle.
 
CATAMOUNTS OVERVIEW: Western Carolina won its series at East Tennessee State last weekend in the Southern Conference opening weekend, including a 14-6 win in six innings in the series finale.  WCU is 2-2 against Big South opponents this season with both wins coming against Winthrop.
 
Bailey Huneycutt leads Western Carolina with a .325 batting average, seven home runs and 25 RBI. In the circle, Jayme Eilers leads the team with a 4-3 record and a 1.38 ERA.
