Alexis Campbell joined the North Carolina A&T sports medicine staff in August 2023. She serves as an athletics trainer for the football and men’s and women’s tennis teams.

Campbell is an Arlington, Va. native and completed her bachelor’s degree in health, physical education, and exercise science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2020, where she also played club women’s lacrosse for three years. After graduating from VCU, she went on to Towson University to pursue her Master’s in athletics training. As an athletics training student, she was able to spend her clinical rotations in various settings from high school fall sports, club sports (primarily ice hockey), to a yearlong rotation with the Towson football team. Alexis graduated from Towson in May of 2023.
