studying abroad in Puerto Rico.
2011 Season: Played in 12 singles matches and five
doubles matches...Posted a 1-11 singles record, going 1-6 at the No. 5 position
and 0-5 at the No. 6 spot...Went 0-4 in singles in MEAC play...Went 0-4 as a
doubles partner with both Victorea Austin and Angelica Marshall...Went 0-1 as a
doubles team with Kimberly Stalling.
2010 Season:
Played in six singles matches and two doubles contests...Posted a 2-4 overall
record in singles play, winning at the No. 4 and No. 6 spots...Went 0-1 in
doubles with Danielle McCaskill and 0-1 with Azeib Nigatu.
High School: Competed at the varsity level all
four years at Salem High, and was the captain of the tennis team...Also won the
team MVP award for three consecutive years...Was an honors student, and also
competed in track and basketball.

McSwain...She is the daughter of Arletha & Ellis McSwain...Has two siblings, Brandi
and Matthew... Was born on Oct. 24, 1991...Majors in Spanish and political science ...
