He is the foundation of the N.C. A&T men’s golf program led by Richard Watkins … Has steadily improved throughout his career and eventually became the first men’s golf player in school history to win a tournament … Has a good putting game and he possesses a consistent solid swing … Has played in 23 tournaments for his career … Has played 56 rounds of golf where he has totaled 4,419 strokes for an average of 78.9.

2019-20 Season: Season was canceled early because of the COVID-19 pandemic … Before the season ended, he competed in four tournaments … Played seven rounds of golf during the season where he totaled 506 strokes for an average of 72.3 … Became the first male player in school history to win a tournament when he won the UMES Invitational hosted by Maryland Eastern Shore, Oct. 15-16, as he became the first Aggie to finish all three rounds at or under par with a 4-under 212 … Shot a 7-over 151 including a first-round 74 to finish tied for 16^th with teammate Diego Sanchez … Finished 17^th at the Black College Hall of Fame tournament where he shot a two-round 8-over 152, Sept. 27-28.

2018-19 Season: Competed in 11 tournaments during the season … Played 26 rounds of golf during the season where he totaled 2,059 strokes for an average of 79.2 … Had a top-10 finish at the UMES Invitational hosted by Maryland Eastern Shore, Oct. 16-17, as he finished 10^th with three-round 11-over 227 … At the tournament, shot a second-round 1-over 73 … Finished 15^th at the 2019 MEAC Men’s Golf Championship by shooting a three-round 11-over 227 which included a third-round 1-under 71.

2017-18 Season: Competed in eight tournaments during the season … Played 23 rounds of golf during the season where he totaled 1,854 strokes for an average of 80.6 for the season … Opened the season by performing well at the Hampton Invitational where he finished eighth by shooting a three-round 24-over 240, Sept. 25-26 … Shot in the 70’s all three rounds of the UMES Invitational hosted by Maryland Eastern Shore, Oct. 17-18, as he finished 15^th with a 20-over 236.

High School: Attended and played golf at Mount Saint Joseph … Helped Mount Saint Joseph win the 2012 MIAA state championship … At the 2013 MIAA state championship, he finished fourth as an individual … Also played tennis in high school.

Personal: Full name is Cody Lissner … He is the son of Michael and Christine Lissner … His major is economics with law … Plans to work in the golf industry after graduation.
