DEPTFORD, NJ – North Carolina A&T, the second-ranked collegiate bowling team in the nation according to the National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) poll, completed competition in the SHU Northeast Classic hosted by Sacred Heart on Sunday.

But A&T's 201-172 win in Game 7 gave the Aggies a chance to finish in seventh place as the Red Wolves awaited after they lost to seventh-ranked Youngstown State. Unfortunately, the Red Wolves took down the Aggies in six games and led the pin count, 1,253-1,226.
A&T lost the first two games but recovered with a 238-197 Game 3 win. After ASU won Game 4, the Aggies stayed alive with a 222-181 Game 5 win. But ASU earned seventh place with a 217-193 win.
