FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Where is the coach's meeting?
The coach's meeting will be Wednesday, May 26 at the North Carolina A&T Alumni Center on Benbow Road.
2. How will credentials be handled?
Sports information directors, print media, television media and photographers must feel out the credential application located on www.ncataggies.com. Coaches and trainers will find their credentials inside their team packets. If sports information directors prefer to have their credentials inside the team packet, it can be arranged. Athletes will wear wristbands for the event.

4. Will there be a coaches' hospitality?
Yes. This area will be restricted to credentialed personnel only. The hospitality tent will be located at the Northwest side of the Stadium.
5. Where do my athletes go for medical treatment?
The main athletic training facility is found in the Bryan Fitness Center. The phone number is (336) 256-0533. An area for visiting trainers and visiting teams will be set-up on the south east side of the track near the finish line and warm-up area. A University certified athletic trainer will be on-site at all times. Team physicians and support staff will be on-site throughout the meet. Available equipment in the warm-up area includes: water, ice, hydrocollator, ultrasoundand E-stim.
6. What is the parking situation?
Teams will enter Lot A-4, which is located to the south of Aggie Stadium. Buses will be redirected to War Memorial Stadium, which is two blocks west of Aggie Stadium on E. Lindsay Street. Spectator parking will be located at Lots A3, A4, M4 (General Classroom) and Laurel Street.
7. What are the protest procedures?
Protests relating to matters that develop during the meet should be made as soon as possible and within 30 minutes of the posting and/or announcing of the event results. Protests must be made by a coach and submitted to the protest table located near the north end of the track. The protest then will be submitted to the referee, who will render a decision. If the referee's decision is not satisfied there will be a $50.00 charge to make an appeal to the jury of appeals.
8. Will there be storage space?
Storage space is available inside Aggie Stadium. Teams will leave their equipment in a locked room at the stadium at their own risk.
9. Can we purchase tents once in Greensboro?
Yes. Happy Rentz will serve as our provider. Tent sizes will range from 10x20, 10x30, and 10x40, etc. Any team wishing to use a tent (s) during the regional meet can contact Happy Rentz and inform them of the following information; if you are reserving tent space for a men's team, women's team or both. All payments will be processed through Happy Rentz. Please contact Terri Hogin at 336 370-1234 for further information.
•10. How do we get from the airport to the stadium?
♦ Take Bryan Blvd. from the Airport
♦ Bryan Blvd. turns into Benjamin Parkway after approximately five miles
♦ From Benjamin Parkway make a right on to Green Valley Rd.
♦ At the second light on Green Valley, make a left on to Friendly Ave.
♦ Friendly Ave. turns into Market Street
♦ Take Market Street until you reach Benbow Road
♦ Make a left onto Benbow Road
♦ Make a left onto Sullivan
♦ Make a right onto E. Lindsay
